“The quality of the goods supplied by Jennis & Warmann is very good, but their attitude to customer relations is hopeless. The only acknowledgement of your order will come from the firm handling the online transaction; emails to J&W will go unanswered; you will have no idea whether or not your order has gone through or been accepted until a message from DHL arrives (after 30-35 working days) telling you that it is on its way from Heathrow. Of course, you might try phoning J & W, but for most of the period I was awaiting my order, their phones were being 'upgraded' and therefore not working.”

Hello David, We always reply to your emails but unfortunately your email always rejects anything we send. Virgin, NTL, Tiscali, Blueyonder servers always rejects any emails that does not come from mainstream servers like yahoo and gmail. We do not have any control over this. You will need to contact your email provider to configure this for you. If you give us a different email address, we will forward all the rejected mails to you so you know we are telling you the truth. We have reshipped your shoe to you and should be with you by tomorrow.

“More than happy with the suit/fit, can't wait to wear it for a wedding Easter weekend. Very disappointed that the suit came squashed in a small box however and will now need to get it dry cleaned before I even wear it!!”

Sorry Marc, We are glad you liked the suit. Sorry about the crease but DHL require us to do this for safe transit. A little pressing and you have it back perfect. Even hanging it return it to normal over few days. We appreciate your custom.

“I have been disappointed as the order arrived a week late. My son usually wears the size ordered in a regular fit; but was upset when the trousers that were sent were too small. As a seamstress myself I could see that they had been made to an unsuitable cut for a man who would wear a 42" chest jacket. I would also point out that they were not just a tight fit but would not sustain any movement. I believe that this should be pointed out at the point of your customers browsing . I was also disappointed that an odd bowtie out of the 3 that we ordered was wrong and that I have been asked to return them to get my money back. These were to be for my son's ushers so they needed to be the same. Whilst I am and my son are communicating with your customer service team to correct these issues I strongly feel that I would not use your site again.”

Hello Liz, We are sorry the trousers do not fit. Our suits are cut in a modern fit so as we have already explained to your son over the phone, he needed a loose fit as he has big thighs. Different companies make their items differently that is why we have provided a guide to help you understand our sizes. Nevertheless, we are more than happy to exchange it.

“Although i have only ordered samples at this point and sent a few emails the service seems to be good, shame there isnt a branch closer to me as would like to see the suits in the flesh!”

“Rented three tweed suits for use at my wedding - service was excellent as usual and suits were priced very well too. Really do recommend J&W for great quality tweeds at affordable prices - they deliver every time.”

“I received my suit in the mail and it came a bit earlier than expected which I really appreciate. It is a good fit, not too heavy a weight. I just was not ready to see it come in a DHL delivery bag , all wrinkled up. It was a pretty poor presentation and first impression. J&W makes good suits , there are many in their collection I would buy, why not deliver them in a box with a J&W hanger ( just to make that impression). I have purchased from other companies and that's how its done. It does make a difference. Its a small effort, but I believe an important one. I do like my new suit.”

“We have had a fantastic experience with Jennis and Warmann. They have made the whole grooms party suits and they are fab. We had a few problems with sizes but as soon as we notified them they were more than willing to fix them. We would definitely recommend using Jennis and Warmann if you are looking for an extra special suit. Great prices and great quality.”

“When ordering, It said "in stock" I thought that would mean immediate dispatch, and arrive with in the week. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and nearly missed the event it was ordered for. Well priced, good suit. Needed a good ironing on arrival, to get rid of the crease marks make during postal”

“Delivery time was later than advised, reason, delay coming fron 'Hong Kong', something not mentioned on the web site. Suit could have done with some alterations, but due to it's delay there wasn't enough time. Only positive feed back appears on the main web site, for anything negative there is a seperate web page.”

Hello Patricia, Everything is explained on our website nice and clear. How you bought the suit without reading the Delivery and Returns really is strange. It is right next to the descriptions tab and your suit was delivered in good time. We can only send you the size you order that is why we have a guide to help you choose the right size or take your measurements and send to us.
