“Fantastic tweed suit, it is lovely quality and the fit is perfect. I did spend a lot of time using their measurement guide to get it right though. I ordered the heritage country green plaid and the colour was the same as on the website, but only when you turn the screen brightness up to full. I also ordered one of their shirts, now I'm rather tall (6'3) so I would say the shirt was too short for a dress shirt, I'd struggle to get it tucked in. However, I intend to keep the shirt as it would go well untucked with chinos or similar. Delivery was just outside the 30-35 day window. I rang up on the 38th day to find that my order had been marked for collection from the store, which is clearly an honest mistake. They sorted it out and it was in the post the same day and arrived with me the next morning.”

“A very well fitting suit but the delivery boxes were damaged on arrival and when I received the 3 suits. But that could of been down to the delivery company. There was also no suit bags for storage which was a shame. But overall a very good company and will be buying again.”

“We ordered a made to measure suit over the internet using our measurements. When it arrived it was lovely but didn't quite fit in a couple of places. The team were great. We sent pictures showing where is wasn't right, we posted the relevant bits of suit back and they were returned within the week all sorted out. We now have a lovely suit that we are very pleased with. Excellent service.”

“The style of suits J&W offer are uniquely amazing. They offer suits off the rack or for a small charge they will custom make your suit for you. I opted for the custom made option and they also designed a pair of shorts to match the suit. The finished product was unbelievable. The suit fit like a dream and was top quality. The staff were happy to make any alterations as required. They did not push any of their other products on to you, but were happy to offer their expert advice when needed. Everybody at my wedding commented on the quality of my suit and numerous guests have asked where I got it from so they can look at purchasing their own suit. I would certainly by another suit from J&W”

“Great suits. Really good service. We ordered three for a groom party for a wedding and they looked fantastic. The only criticism we would make is that one of the jackets was slightly ill fitting, but not so much so that it looked out of place on the day. I think we'll take it back to have it adjusted as the suits are all so good we want to get much more use out of them.”

“Wow. This is the first custom made suit I've ever ordered and I have to say, I'm really impressed! I did the measurements at home and the directions were really straightforward. About a month later, it shows up at my door, fits like a glove, and looks awesome. What a relief! I couldn't be happier! I already want another one... THANK you guys tons.”

“Since I am a costumer from continental Europe where tweed suits are not so common, I was in need of advice and I was very happy to find that the staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful in choosing the right materials. I had a chance to try on a few suits and ordered from the shop. Even though the suits I ordered were not in stock and had to be made first, I received them within 2-3 weeks which is very reasonable. Unfortunatly, the trousers felt considerably thighter than the ones I tried in the shop, so I contacted the staff over a possible exchange and they offering to send me a larger size. However, since the postal fees from my country to London are very high, I followed the staffs alternative advice and went to a local tailor who was able to help me for a reasonable fee. Now, the trousers fit a lot better. Overall, I have to say that I am very happy with the quality of suits and the service provided. The fact that there was an issue with the size of the suits delivered, was really not a big problem, given that the suits a very nice and of good quality. A comparable suit in my country would cost a lot more. I will definitely order more suits from Jennis & Warmann in the future.”

“I cannot recommend that anyone order a bespoke suit from this establishment. I ordered my bespoke suit 3 months prior to my wedding. It turned out that was only just enough time because the suit arrived 2 months later than originally promised (just 2 days before I was to leave for the wedding)! The delivery date was delayed on numerous occasions and even though the shop manager agreed multiple times to update me as to when they would receive the suit, he never phoned me with any updates. I had to initiate every communication (sometimes by going by the shop). When the suit finally arrived, it was too tight in many of the measurements (odd because, if anything, I'd lost a little weight for the wedding) and to top it all off the shop was reticent to re-fit any of it. They did re-fit the trousers so I could actually sit down in them, but I ended up having to take the suit coat and the waistcoat to a seamstress to get them let out enough for me to wear! I am so thankful to the seamstress down the street who was able to do a same-day alteration. Also, my fiancé and I had asked for a couple specific details to be added to the suit and none of them were in the finished product. Overall a very poor experience and it makes me wonder why they even offer the option to order a bespoke suit. The ready made suits in the shop area all look quite nice, but I cannot advise anyone ever ordering a bespoke suit from this merchant.”

“Quality product at incredibly low cost, combined with timely delivery. Of all the suits ordered for my son's wedding, the only fault was in the measurement of my trousers, which was professionally and speedily rectified, with a completely new pair of trousers, perfect size, arriving by courier two weeks after the mistake was reported. Thoroughly recommended.”
