About JENZA:

Who is JENZA? Can I trust them? And why don’t you ever answer our calls? (Mum??). So, (mostly) legit questions to ask before you book. JENZA is the travel love child of USIT and BUNAC – two originals of the work and travel world founded by students in 1959 and 1962. Yep, we’re old AF. But with that, comes a ton of wise old owl expertise and trust. Basically, these chaps may be so new they chafe – but it’s not our first rodeo. Working as one global team, JENZA has the backing of 65+ years of work abroad experience, but has been built for today’s travellers. Shaped by our Youth Advisory Panel and given the stamp of approval by our roadtesters, it’s all in our logo: You Shaped Travel.

“After looking into a lot of agencies and doing endless research, I found JENZA and knew it was everything I needed! From the online interviews to save time, to the notably better price point, it was everything I was looking for. The customer service that I have experienced has been amazing and thanks to JENZA I have found my perfect camp even though I signed up very late!”

“JENZA has been so helpful throughout the whole application. Whenever I asked a question I would always get a response quickly. They layout the whole application process so easily and provide all the necessary information on what to include and how to make your application better. I like that the application is split up into smaller sections which makes it less overwhelming to fill everything out. The price breakdown is really nice so you don’t have to pay the full amount all at one time.”

“Corrie was very helpful and friendly the first week we arrived helping us with setting up bank phones etc and will meet up at anytime for chat up throughout our stay. Also helping us with looking for campervan ie, what sites to use and what websites and apps would help us with our year in New Zealand. Even in early stages of applying for the visa Jenza was very helpful and clear on what we need to do.”

“I solo traveled to New Zealand and am so so glad I did the JENZA Working Holiday Visa program to help me with the logistics and getting settled in. Sharyn and the rest of the team were excellent and so kind. I felt very welcomed and supported. I also thought the cost was very fair for everything included and I am very very happy with the quality of the program. They made everything so easy, super fun, and it was great to meet fellow solo travelers. 10/10 recommend!!”

“I had a really great time working with the group and Sharyn and Corrie. They were both of really great help and super friendly. “Hello everyone! I had an amazing support and help from Roisin, who answered all my questions about the program in Australia, as well as the visa. “It was great to have had JENZA attend our university's expo where I got the chance to meet Roisin. She was super knowledgeable and friendly and was able to answer my questions and give really helpful recommendations. “I went to camp this summer using Jenza. I was also a roadtester so had the chance to work closely alongside the JENZA team to ensure their program is effective for those travelling to camp! They made the process of finding my camp, my visas and flights easily manageable. Every single staff member were so polite and helpful and also answered my questions no matter how often i was emailing! They made the process enjoyable rather than stressful. I’m so grateful I chose Jenza for camp, and will 100% use them again! For anyone wanting to go to an American summer camp kr try solo travelling go through Jenza!”
