About JENZA:

Who is JENZA? Can I trust them? And why don’t you ever answer our calls? (Mum??). So, (mostly) legit questions to ask before you book. JENZA is the travel love child of USIT and BUNAC – two originals of the work and travel world founded by students in 1959 and 1962. Yep, we’re old AF. But with that, comes a ton of wise old owl expertise and trust. Basically, these chaps may be so new they chafe – but it’s not our first rodeo. Working as one global team, JENZA has the backing of 65+ years of work abroad experience, but has been built for today’s travellers. Shaped by our Youth Advisory Panel and given the stamp of approval by our roadtesters, it’s all in our logo: You Shaped Travel.

“Lisa was so incredibly comforting, helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process of getting my J1. Although I’m not fully finished my process, I genuinely feel like I was so supported throughout the entire process. Price was very standard and expected for what is received in the package. I love how you get a SIM card and contacts for while you’re over there as well, that is incredible and definitely helps out.”

“Lisa has been a massive help throughout the process of organising my working holiday and has been extremely supportive. She has always taken the time to answer my questions and she has always responded quickly to any of my concerns. Lisa really helped me understand the entire process and the work involved in preparing for the working holiday and for that I am grateful!!”

“Hey guys I came to Louise through AIFS and it was the best decision ever. So kind and helpfull. I talked a lot to other ppl who planned everything on their own and It’s A LOT harder. She takes her time to help everyone who needs help. Thank u sooo much”

“I really enjoyed the intro days with Louise and Shontelle, it was super helpful and I couldn't imagine how to start my journey without them. They are very lovely people and really want only the best for every single one of us. They try everything they can to help us. “Intro-course with Jenza was really helpful, I got to know lot's of essential information for my working and living here, without Louise and her team the first impresion of New Zealand would not be as excelent as it is now. I do higly recomend this to everyone, it means a world to me, to have a 24/7 support even though I am so far from my home :) Dear Louise 1000x thank you for your support and for believing in us :)”

“JENZA is great for those who want to come to New Zealand and don’t know where to being after their working holiday visa, the advice and help Louise gives is really good in helping give ideas of how to find accommodation and work!”

“I was very sceptical about the whole concept of these orientation days, but it turned out to be really helpful. Especially Louise was of great help when it came to important things such as a bank account. Overall was the information that was provided of great help.”
