We are also complaining about the furniture we purchase last July. I called customer service to find out why we had issues with the Italian leather we bought. It is funny how in her final words, I heard she was explaining that at the store, they have 100% leather on display and the receipt we received its not 100% leather and she stated that we sign for that receipt. I asked for replacement for this furniture and they only suggested a 50% off if we purchase another one.
