“I am obsessed with all things Jess Lea! The shorts are an amazing material (perfect for hot summer days because they are light weight and just the right length, not too short or too long)! I also ordered a dressier shirt for work which is super comfortable & I love it so much I want it in another color! My last order came with a hand written note and a cute pair of earrings! “Ordered shorts and got confirmation. After a week, not updates on my order shipping so I sent an email to inquire what the status was. I got a reply email stating they were out of my size and offered me a different size or different style. Very frustrating that they never reached out to me about this problem and annoying that they oversold on certain sizes. The shorts I received are nice, however I will be giving my business to other boutiques with actual customer service in the future.”
