“Love the shorts I purchased so much that I now have 4 pair!! When I accidentally ordered the wrong size, jess lea gladly exchanged the wrong size for the correct size.”

“Ordered shorts and got confirmation. After a week, not updates on my order shipping so I sent an email to inquire what the status was. I got a reply email stating they were out of my size and offered me a different size or different style. Very frustrating that they never reached out to me about this problem and annoying that they oversold on certain sizes. The shorts I received are nice, however I will be giving my business to other boutiques with actual customer service in the future.”

“I would give you a zero for my first and last purchase. What I bought looks nothing like on the website and is false advertising. Then you make the customer pay for return shipping and don't own up to your false advertisement and won't give people a refund only store credit. Never shopped at a place like this before and never again!”
