Hi Monique! I am so sorry you had a poor experience with us. We do always offer exchanges, however, do not always offer a full return depending on the item. Our return and exchange policy can be found on our website or our team is always happy to help.

“Ordered shorts and got confirmation. After a week, not updates on my order shipping so I sent an email to inquire what the status was. I got a reply email stating they were out of my size and offered me a different size or different style. Very frustrating that they never reached out to me about this problem and annoying that they oversold on certain sizes. The shorts I received are nice, however I will be giving my business to other boutiques with actual customer service in the future.”

“The size chart was not accurate for this swimsuit. I was actually on the smaller end of the size and ordered it anyways and it is way too small. I am stuck with it because you can't return it. Definitely would review those sizing charts for this product.”
