“Bought a Rotary Mens Rose Gold Mechanical Skeleton Strap Watch GS02522/01 from Jewellers Ark. The watch was at a very reduced price from the RRP price and was lower than other web sites I tried. In fact I had ordered it from another site but was still waiting after 6 weeks, only to be told after complaining that it was no longer available. I am still waiting for a refund. Jewellers Ark were superb sending me the watch within four days. It is a very stylish looking watch well worth the money. Thank you Jewellers Ark for such good and prompt service.”

“The item purchased was very good quality and we were delighted with it as was the recipient. The period between order and delivery was quiet long at some 13 days. I chased the order and found that there was an issue with supply and I was assured it would arrive in time and it subsequently did. Perhaps an update email could be arranged for notifying customers if anything is going to be more that 5 - 6 days for delivery. All in all a good experience and I would definitely recommend your site to friends.”

“Watch ordered and advantage taken of their kind offer to adjust strap. My wrists are one link larger than the stock watch so I know they will have needed to add one.
