“I could not fault their service. Delivery was prompt. When I needed information on adjusting the each strap size, they promptly attended to my request; sent an email with instructions then phoned me to tell me that they had emailed me. RWB, Alsager, Cheshire.”

“Very good overall service in all areas. Best price I could find for my watch after a lot of internet research. Ordered late Friday night, dispatched on the weekend the next day and watch was delivered on Monday. This fast delivery was all free of charge. I rang as I had a small query about usage of my watch, the employee was extremely knowledgable and helpful - outstanding customer service.”
