“Jewellers Ark gave me a 1st class service, I was kept up to date throughout the process from ordering to delivery. The item I purchased was the exact match for the Kit Heath earrings that I bought my daughter for christmas from another supplier (I didn't know of Jewellers Ark at that time) The Kit Heath pebble necklace that I bought from you is a really lovely tactile piece of jewellery, simple, elegant and is to be presented to my daughter on her Wedding Day. “Absolutely no problems. I needed a robust watch for travel & golf & thought the Citizen Commando model would meet the requirement. £299 at local H Samuel, £239 with Ark! It was delivered (free) by my postman within 24 hours. Really pleased with the watch (hope it lives up to the spec) & with the service. What more can I say?”

“I usually order most of my goods online, but in this case I choose to shop with a local dealer. The service that I received here is 2nd to none. I would never get this kind of service at Amazon or John Lewis. This really drives back a desire in me to spend my money on the High Street and not online, as they can not provide the same level of service that a high street retails such as the Jewellers Ark has provided. I can highly recommend the Jewllers Ark as they are offer what all customers should get when they buy on the High Street. Adam I would thank you very much for the service you have offered, I am so very gald that I choose the Jewellers Ark to do business with.”

“Absolutely faultless. Jewellers Ark knows how how to deliver excellent customer service. I will definitely buy from them again. I had a query relating to delivery so I phoned ahead of placing the order online and the gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Delivery was extremely prompt also.
