"IM SO DISAPPOINTED I bought jimmy choo perfume for my friend birthday the set was $139. They gave me it in the bag horizontally I took it to home and it was placed horizontally in the car so I didn't detect it was broken until the day of the party In the gift area I placed it vertically( layed it down on the table) and thats when I started seeing the perfume leaking everywhere in the box. I called and explained in details they told me to bring back to the duty free. I had to drive back after work to cross Canada again . I arrived at night after the hours so i didn't see the manger ,the customer service called them via phone and they said no return because we cant tell if it was broke after you left or in the store. It didn't fall from me;\r\n\r\n1. The damage is clearly shown is manufactured damage.\r\n2. There is no dent in the box or anything.\r\n3.duty free was not communicating properly with me.\r\n4. Called main company they said they don't deal with duty free products or els they would've replaced it to me if i had purchased it from places like Sephora or Macy's.\r\n\r\nI emailed the duty free based on the customer service request no one respond back yet. WORRST EXPERIENCE EVERRRR DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ANYTHING FROM DUTY FREE WINDSOR. THEY DON'T HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATING SKILLS. THEY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND THY DON'T TRUST YOU AT ALL THEY CARE TO SELL THERE DAMAGED PRODUCTS ONLY. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT AFTER I READ THE REVIEWS FROM DIFFERENT SITES THIS PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE SO COMMON IN THE JIMMY CHOO\/ PERFUME I WANT MY CHOO They broken bottle from the top.
