“I had the starter pack. It's my first time trying this kind of alternative meals. At first, they felt that they lack a bit of sweetness, but then again that's the point. And with time I even started to sense that they were just the right amount of sweet. Very easy to consume (with a margin of creativity if you consider them complementary), have sustainable packaging and most importantly quite fulfilling and nourishing. I am now curious and excited for my next order to try new flavors and maybe also hot meals.”

“Ik heb 3 smaken gekocht, vanille, aardbeien en banaan, geen één heeft de smaak wat op de verpakking staat. 't is een erg melige drap.... en ze zijn de shaker ook nog vergeten mee te sturen...geen aanrader”

Hey Liliana, wat jammer om te lezen dat de shaker vergeten is mee te sturen. En al helemaal jammer om t ehoren dat de shakes niet bevallen. Gelukkig hebben we in deze gevallen een hele relaxte 'binnen 30 dagen niet tevreden, geld terug' actie. Zou je hierover even contact met ons op willen nemen? Hey Kevan, sorry to see you go. We've tried our best to keep our prices the same, but almost all raw ingredients got more expensive over the last year. We're independently owned by us, the employees since 2014, and we invest everything we make right back into the company without external funding. This also means we can’t afford to operate at a loss. Sorry!

“Well, it's not as great as i had hoped. On its own. The Pots are dull, but if you know your way around a kitchen, they're a small fix away from being borderline great. Saves me 15-30min in prepping a meal from scratch. Straight out the bag, Mushroom Risotto is my fav and is deliciouswhen you hit that perfect water ratio. Creamy Cajun comes second, but really shines with some melted cheese in it or gratinated. The Lentils and Noodles are bitter and sour, and absolutely need a pinch of sugar, honey or some form of sweetener for me to enjoy them. The Shakes are hard to swallow. So far I've tasted Strawberry and Salt Caramel, omg awful, on their own. I started mixing them in my granola or musli yoghurt bowls and that frickin rocks! I ordered the Bars in my upcoming shipment and i suspect that they'll end up in the yoghurt bowl too! Hahah I work in demolition and concrete-cutting, and I need the energy and nutrition to stay on top of it. And the meals do not disappoint me there. And the price of it all is without a doubt worth it as it a lot cheaper than groceries here in Norway! Customer service treated me the right way when contacted, had a hiccup with the Norwegian toll customs, they're just impossible to underestimate. The customs kept my package for 3 weeks or so without contacting me. Can't blame that one on Jimmy Joy, and CS helped and provided me with all the needed documents that customs required to release my package, that already were attached to the package that they held. Single time incident, good time that. So imma keep ordering them Plenny meals, even with the slight price increase. And so should you, if you're like me.”

“I had a pleasant surprise with the mushrooms risotto. tastier than I expected, and when made with the appropriate amount of water the result is creamy and delicious. The rice and cereals require a bit longer than expected to absorb the water and become edible, but that is not a major flaw as long as you are not too hungry. A good advice when preparing it would be to add a pinch of salt and season to your liking, as it isn't that much flavorful right out of the box.”

“It's my breakfast every day and I love it. I make the shake the day before and put it in the refrigerator, so it's smooth and cold when I drink it. Love that it makes me able to sleep a little longer and that it is vegan!”

Hi Colleen! We were very sorry to see this feedback posted by yourself and checked back the conversation we had. The situation was one where you had an active subscription shipped but moved address and did not update the address before the subscription triggered. You then reach out to us and we informed you what would likely happen with the order. As you reached out over 6 weeks after the order was already shipped out, there was not much we could do about this anymore. As we are not the worst people here, I would like to offer you some kind of compensation for this when you would place a new order. Kindly check in with the customer care team then, we will get you a nice discount code to make up for the loss in this case.

“I enjoy JJ for Breakfast each morning. Mixing the cold coffee with the coffee flavor is a must fir me. If I have a heavy exercise routine I have a shake as well. Sometime I am short on time and it is my go to Dinner as well. It's one of the few products that satiates me without intestinal pain.”

“I also ordered 2 spoons and didnt get in package, but now i see a new order, just for 2 spoons and 5€ fee for shipment? That was not the plan....very complicated situation here. I did add the spoons additional to my next subscription for one time delivery and don'T want to pay the extra shipment cost. What can you do?”

Hi Marcus, The best would be to check in with our customer care department for this. Those items were set as one-time items and they were set to a different date than the rest of the order was. In this case, we have refunded you for the shipping costs you were charged for, you will have that back shortly. Please note that the dates in your active subscriptions are set to the same as is the interval in days or weeks to make sure no split orders happen there because of it. And again, if ever anything is the matter, please reach out to us through the Live Chat or love@jimmyjoy.com, the reviews here are checked on a daily basis, but a response through the mentioned channels will always be quicker.

“The drinks and bars are amazing. I'm very happy. I was not impressed by Pots. Huel's Hot & Savory tastes better. Shakes are OK, but I was expecting the chocolate shake to be sweeter.”

“Jimmy Joy have improved their shakes so much since I was last a customer 5 years ago. They are so smooth and tasty! No need to be worried about grittiness or chemically flavours, and they're filling enough to replace my lunch. And they're ALL vegan now! So glad I came back.”
