“I ordered coffee, vanilla and flavours. So far, I've only tasted the coffee flavour but I'm extremely disappointed. The flavour is so muted that I can never sense coffee in it. Also, it doesn't feel full. I feel hungry within an hour or so. If I have to judge the other two flavours based on this experience, I really don't have any hopes for it.”

“As a chronically ill person I tested the Plenny Shake as a quick meal alternative. Smell was fine, powder readily soluble. Taste ok. Unfortunately I couldn't digest it. I contacted the customer service and could send the shakes back and got a refund. Customer service was really nice.”

“Flavor is excellent, but the texture turns me off. It’s quite gritty and course and I usually end up with a mouthful of grit at the bottom of the cup. I would love it if it mixed more smoothly”

Thanks for the review! Sorry to hear the experience with the texture was not optimal for you. The Shakes are based on oats, so you will always have that grainy texture from that, the Plenny Drinks would be more of a milkshake like texture for example. If you end up with stuff that accumulates in the bottom of the shaker, best advice is to shake it a little after each sip, that way making sure it it mixed up for every sip you take, adding more water or milk coul dbe an option for you as well. “5 star customer service and very convenient product when travelling, busy working etc. Really like that there’s no food waste. My husband finds the texture quite chalky which puts him off. When I mix it with frozen berries or frozen bananas and some oat milk the texture does improve - I don’t particularly mind it. The berry flavour is definitely our favourite, salted caramel not so much.”

Hi Alan! Ahhhhw mannn, that's something we can not solve unfortunately. Those new caps are per European regulation and in place to reduce the amount of plastic in the environment. So, it's for the greater good, but we completely understand the comment, apologies for any inconvenience with that.

“Just ordered some Plenny Bars, Plenny Pots and Plenny Shakes. The Plenny Shake in apple cinnamon flavour is absolutely delicious, just like the bar in apfelstrudel flavour. Latter is amazing on longer hiking trips to keep me going. The shake I love having it in the morning as a quick breakfast. Sometimes I make half portion and add some protein powder and banana to the shake to make it a protein smoothy. Unfortunately, I'm highly disappointed with Plenny Pot, however. It is completely tasteless, the two flavours I've ordered almost taste completely the same - nothing. I tried Huel hot pots before, and those were tasty, I expected the same, but I don't think I'll ever order the pots again.”

“The addition of soy has been a big downgrade in flavour for me and some of the flavours are not the same quality as others, the chocolate is particularly poor and there was a limited edition apple cinnamon that was truly inedible. But it's still much preferable to some alternatives. For my purposes, a number of the powders and bars are perfect additions to my diet but I won't be trying new flavours any more unless they offers samples in future.”
