“I love your bars. They're pretty filling and the ability to be able to buy a mix pack is great. I love the powders too with their interesting flavours. They're also quite filling. My only dislike is that I wish the flavours had a bit more punch, but since they mix so well compared to Huel or others, I just find I use less liquid to increase the flavour. Great products overall.”

“I tried chocolate and strawberry shake and the vanilla active shake and I love them all - I like that the taste is not very intense or artificial. I am also now using the Chocolate protein powder and I really like it for the same reasons :) I feel I finally found my vegan protein powder after trying different ones.. I also like the plenny pots as usually when I am hungry I want something salty, so these are perfect!”

“I find the meals are surprisingly tasty and fullfilling. They easily keep you full until dinner, a lot longer than I expected, even using the recommended serving (just 400 Kcal). Takes literally 3 minutes to prepare. Greatly reduced the hassle of preparing my lunch as a WFH worker, and I'm eating a more balanced diet for sure. Totally recommended. Only downside: it took 2 full weeks to get the parcel delivered to Italy with no tracking info available until 24 hours before the delivery. I know it's not JimmyJoy's direct fault but you guys should choose a better courier (please stay away from GLS in Italy, they're the absolute worst)”

“Very unpleasant purchase! They supposedly offer a shaker when you first buy (as highly advertised by them) but mine never arrived. After complaining they promised a 5€ refund and guess what - it also never arrived! On top of all, they got my order wrong and sent me the wrong flavours… To be honest, I understand this could be a competitive brand to others like Huel but I rather pay a little more and have better costumer service and the right products delivered.”

When you first reached out about the missing scoop three weeks ago, we immediately offered you a refund and promised to include an extra shaker in your future order. Our system showed that the refund was initially declined by your bank, so we tried processing it again this morning. After you contacted us again last night, mentioning a missing bag (which wasn’t brought up previously), we promptly shipped out a replacement bag and scoop this morning to ensure everything is sorted. “Would honestly buy just for the artwork but the products are really good too. I used Huel for a long time but after my first order I think I'll be switching. The meal pots need a little extra seasoning or cheese but I think that's a good thing because you can bring to your level without risking a salt ridden meal. Shakes are amazing. Bars were nothing to write home about and I probably won't order again.”

“I ordered 3 varieties and so far have tried 2 of them. Unfortunately, I'm finding them a little tasteless for me. I have contacted them regarding this and asked if they had any flavour boosters only to be told to try another flavour as they don't do the flavour boosters. I still have 1 flavour yet to try, but I am not hopeful. This was my first purchase and probably my last too”

“i had some of the shakes and all of the bars except cherry because it was sold out. i would have loved to try cherry. the bars are very filling, easy to eat, and more or less yummy. the shakes are so-so. need a bit more efford because the consistancy isnt so good if you mix with water - best consistency with soy milk and frozen fruit, in my opinion. that makes it a bit less quick and easy since you need the extra ingredients. the bars on the other hand can be eaten as is.”

“Love the Jimmy Joy shakes. All you need is in it and I like the taste very much. My favorites are chocolate and coffee. Luckily not sweet, but that's personal. I take the shake in the morning, just easy to make.”

“It may be a cheap option with clear marketing, which is why I bought it. Ordering was easy and package was well delivered. But the taste is very bad, so I won't buy it again. Like the Salt Caramel bar, tasted like carton infused with caramel.”

“For a busy or just lazy day there is no better way to still have a nutritious breakfast / lunch / dinner / snack... Many of the tastes are good, none are bad. About the "pots", warm meals... It is impossible to have them resemble promoting pictures. You just cannot scoop all the ingredients evenly when they are in ten meal packages. Sometimes you get a lot of taste but little to chew, sometimes the other way around.”

“It's a true game changer! I couldn't believe it would be so incredible. My diet works well, I feel great, and now I have the possibility to gain more time during the day.
