“I do wish to try more of the products. It's a shame that you don't offer a taster package, smaller portions so you could try different products without being forced to buy a whole 1 kg bag of the pots and shakes. I'm not super keen on buying a large bag when I don't know if I'll like the flavor. I do love that all your products are vegan and a complete meal and I do want to find out which products I like the most. BUT, since your bags are so large, I won't be buying more until I've finished the ones I got with the Try Out bundle. I want to add, I like the large bags, just not when I can't try them before buying the large bag.”

“Ich war auf der Suche nach leichter, proteinreicher Nahrung für meine Trekking Touren. Leider sind die Mac and cheese ungenießbar. Ein Beigeschmack nach Farbe und die Nudeln zum Teil noch hart trotz ausreichend Garzeit. Der Schoko Trink zum selbst anrühren hat eine mehlige Konsistenz und könnte etwas Zuckerzusatz vertragen. Alles in allem leider ein Reinfall.”

Hey Chris, thanks for the review. I had to check your message history with us, since we can not find ourselves in the 'very unsatisfactory customer service experience' you claim you have had with us. It seems that the postal service had some difficulties delivering your package and it was damaged during the delivery. And that they contacted us about it. However, they did not the moment you contacted us about it (the exact moment the order was cancelled, so they did not even had the time to send us a message). When we replied to you the next morning, stating this as well, we immediately offered you a replacement or refund, you chose the refund and cancellation of the order and the whole situation was fixed within 3 emails over a span of only a few hours the same day. So if you can maybe explain what the whole 'unsatisfactory customer service experience' was about, we really like to know. And sorry that you got the review for the order still. Unfortunately, the system are working completely separated. The review system is a closed, third party app where we have little to no input in. So if your order is cancelled, there is no automated link to the review system to not send you an email. We will look into this, thanks for letting us know about it!

“The Vanilla Plenny bar is a filling option, although the taste is very subtle - it feels suitable as a 'blank canvas' of a meal. I've tried some of the other flavours but the flavours I tried weren't suited to my personal tastes - I think I'd personally prefer flavours that were sweeter and more flavourful, although this likely would only be achievable using artificial flavourings which seems to go against the ethos of the product. Overall a good option. If they had stronger and sweeter flavours I'd be enthusiastic to try them. I wish there was an option to pay a little more for a single-bar 'sample pack' to figure out which bars I liked and which I didn't - the Flavour Mix box gives you two of each bar, which feels a little wasteful for flavours you don't find you like. Customer service is a 10/10 though, Jimmy Joy had a phenomenal response when I emailed.”

“Recently went vegan and was really struggling with adequate protein intake for weight lifting. Most vegan shakes I've tried so far were mostly awful and sandy. Admittedly I haven't tried a lot of brands, I did buy expensive more premium brands that had great regular shakes but it seems it's still hard to make amazing tasting vegan ones. While I will definitely not say a Plenny shake tastes the same or as good as a non vegan shake, it is good enough so that I immediately ordered 5+ bags to try out most flavors, and Jimmy Joy stands far above other vegan alternatives I've tried so far. The Mac and Cheese Plenny Pot smell is something different though and not in a good way. The taste was okay but opening the bag was really something else haha. All in all Jimmy Joy gets a 5/5 cause the price/quality is just that good. Make sure to try out every shake both with water and milk, I prefer milk with most of them. The website is a great smooth experience too, same for Budbee delivery which is the best delivery company I've seen so far. But again do not expect them to taste like regular shakes like some non vegan (and often less healthy) ones.”

“I'm very content about J.Joy! Great customer service: friendly, to the point and with the speed of light :-) I love the Plenny Shakes: chocolate, vanilla and coconut. I do not shake them, but just put Plenny in a cup, add water and stir with a spoon. You see, I don't like it smooth, but prefer a bit of a chewy shake with lumps :-)”

Hi Andres, Thanks for leaving your feedback here first of all. Our suggested meal sizes are 400kcal, for the Shakes, the pre-made drinks and the Pots and Bars as well we keep that as suggestion. Especially with the Shakes, you can of course adjust to your needs by just adding more powder and water/milk accordingly to suit your situation where needed. Our products are made to keep you full for 3-4 hours but of course that can differ per person depending on personal needs and situations. The meals contain a mix of essential vitamins and minerals to make it nutritionally complete and one of them on average covers about 1/5 of the daily needed intake. “ich in sehr, sehr froh, dass es die Plennyshakes gibt! Ich bin dazu weniger als lifestyle oder wegen Zeitersparnis oder Vermeidung von Fastfood gekommen, sondern aus gesundheitlichen Gründen. Aufgrunnd von Pankreatitis hae ich trotz Enzympreparat oft Probleme feste, ballaststoffreiche Nahrung zu mir zu nehmen. Die Plennyshakes helfen mir nun. Ich kann sie sehr gut vertragen unnd finde sie auch noch lecker. Ich habe wieder etwas mehr Energie. Habe jetzt ein Abo abgeschlossen. Bin wirklich happy.”

“The meals are very convinient and a great breakfast, a meal on the go or even to replace a meal. The shakes are very tasty and the bars are delicious, i wanst a big fan of the ready made drinks but that might just be a personal preferences, the ready meals so far are also not that tasty but that could just be the cajun one, I will try the mac and cheese one that one should be good.”
