“I've ordered from Jimmy Joy before, so I knew the food was going to be good. This time I also got the metal scoop and shaker, and I love it! A heavy, premium-quality scoop with a classy etching of the Jimmy Joy logo on the bottom. The shaker is great too! Feels great to not use so much plastic. And it just looks better and more premium too than the plastic shakers. 10/10”

“Most were great! I wasn’t a fan of the Coconut taste, but that’s just personal preference. I absolutely LOVE the taste of the Pistachio, so please keep this one around!”

“I have been using various Jimmy Joy products for years and am very satisfied with them. I was most happy with the natural Shake, without any artificial sweetners. Because it is a shame that the sweetener Sucralose was chosen instead of, for example, a natural sweetener such as stevia or others!!”

Hi Akshay! Your order is in transit and according to the tracking page that should have been shared with you, the package will be delivered before the 23rd latest, which is tomorrow. We ship form the Netherlands and in your case to Norway which means the packages pass customs checks which can incur a delay. “Hice un pedido que tardó más en llegar de lo debido, aunque dentro del plazo límite, y faltaban los productos que se incluyen en el primer pedido. A la hora de realizar el pedido no me dieron la opción de seleccionarlo, pero no debería ser necesario, ya que ellos mismos en su política de empresa dicen que se añade automáticamente en el primer pedido. Conclusión, no quieren hacerse cargo y han dicho que ha sido culpa mía por no haberlo seleccionado”

Hey Claudia, we're very sorry that you did not receive the scoop. But like I said in the email thread, they are automatically added in the cart and you really have to remove them from your order, in order not to receive it. I believe we gave you a good alternative to prepare the shakes without a scoop and we also offered to ship out a few scoops with a next order. Nonetheless, sorry for the inconvenience

“The bars are really nice. They have a nice feeling while eating and satisfy the hunger. The shakes are easy to prepare and for a fast snack the perfect option (or small breakfast). Right now I trying different thigness out.”

“Bought the starter kit and mixed up the flavours a bit to give Jimmy Joy a try. The pistachio is absolutely horrible, cant stomach to drink a full shake. The vanilla and chocolate are at least drinkable but it comes with a real grainy texture and a wierd and artificial aftertaste. The apple strudel bar was also very artificial and dry in flavour. Kind of regret that I bought so much.”

I'm really sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy some of the flavours and textures. Taste is subjective and can vary from person to person. We do our best to create a variety of flavours to suit different palates. If you're finding the shakes a bit grainy, you could try blending them for a smoother texture or adding some of your favourite fruits. For the aftertaste, it might be the sucralose, a sweetener we use in our products except for the Almond & Fig Bar. As for the bars, they're designed to be meal replacements, so they can be a bit denser than a regular snack bar. “I have the Plenny Shake in high regard as it is practical, very tasty (I prefer it with milk or a plant-based drink), saves a bit of time and money on meals, and provides me with a nutritionally balanced meal without the hassle of balancing out food. I mainly use it as a dinner replacement.”
