“I started 2016, disliked the texture of the early shakes but added some more water and everything was fine. Got a girlfriend. No plenny except for fieldtrips and festivals where the bars came in handy and I loved pizza taste. During corona lockdown I came back for the shakes and OMG they did change to the better. Girlfriend gone - reorientation for healthy food and OMG plenny has kind of instant food. 2024 started to live with Plenny Pot, Shake and Bar for 90% of my nutrition for the week. Luv it. Meanwhile spread the word and got a few friends into it too.”

“I was buying this just to try it out since it is very hard for me to remember to eat when life becomes too much (no idea how I do it, but somehow I manage to always forget to eat. And no, I do not get hungry…) and this is a life saver. The wild berries is the GOAT shake. Close second, the peach one, but both are great! Highly recommend it ♥️🤩 Also, the PR people are nice and funny AF! Seems like working with them would be fun :)”

“The order is well packaged, it looks great. The free sticker is a plus because it’s really the reason why I decided to buy Plenny Shakes. It’s an overall great product. The taste is good, as well as the shaker and scoop. It really does the job of giving me that feeling of being full. I can also feel that it is a great source of nutrients. Thanks. “Hi Team, Thank you for your email. I have to say I am a bit disappointed with the order that I have received. I tried two other flavours from my friend and I was amazed how nice they were but with the risotto and tikka masala I am very disappointed. I gave it away for free to some random people while I was camping. Do you have any other recommendations of the flavours? Or how can I try what is the best for me without buying the whole package? “The salted caramel, cherry, and vanilla flavours are all super tasty and a genuine joy to eat. I think the almond and fig needs some work (sorry!), it's just not pleasant on the tastebuds. I tend to eat one bar a day, either for lunch or dinner and eat something simple and balanced in between. The service and delivery time we're impeccable and now that I know my favourite flavours, I'll 100% be ordering again!”

For others reading this, the grain in the texture will be present in all our Shakes, it comes from the oats they are based on. The Plenny Drinks are more like milkshakes when it comes to the texture, so that would be the recommendation in that case. Thanks for giving it a shot once again

“I've tried 5 flavors of Plenny Shake so far. They're all great. The mix is uniform. It shakes easily. My only gripe is that the bag says 960 grams. So far, each bag has been between 5 and 7 grams shy of that. So what I've been doing is weighing out 95 grams per serving (instead of 96) and my last (10th) serving is usually between 98 and 101 grams. I suspected my scale was inaccurate, so I took it to a metrology lab in Paris to have it calibrated. It was accurate (+0.002 grams at 100g). I can live with being short each bag if it's less than 6 or 7 grams. I'll be buying more because it's so convenient and economical. Also, these shakes are not that sweet. Another plus as far as I'm concerned. Some meal drinks are way too sweet. Not these.”

“On their "what's it made of" listings they list all the good stuff, but fail to mention artificial sweetener (sucralose). They do mention "low in sugar" which I would associate with a not-too-sweet flavor, and a small quantity of natural sugars. However as a result of the artificial sweetener the berry flavors are rather sweet. The chocolate on the other hand could have more cocoa powder, to mask the oat and flax seed flavor a bit more. A quick and easy breakfast, but not something I would use regularly due to the artificial sweetener.”

“Love the convenience of the bars and the taste isn't bad on those. I will never be ordering the shakes again though, they have a horribly gritty texture unless mixed with a LOT more than the recommended 300ml and 2 scoops of powder. And the taste is... I'm sorry but it's like I'm drinking sawdust. I don't detect any flavor for the shakes. But again the bars are pretty alright, and I enjoy those enough I'll likely be ordering them again. I have some health conditions I will not be disclosing but part of it makes it difficult for me to eat well and often - so a nutritionally viable and convenient option is very important for me. Can't live off exclusively Ensures and whatnot haha. Anyways, yeah definitely recommend the bars, but the drink mix you'd maybe wanna pass on. Or just treat it like protein powder and mix it into a whole smoothie thing.”
