“The plenny shake was really good and it kept me full. I also liked the taste of plemny pot- tikka masala lentils. it was so easy to prepare and kept me full. I didn't like the taste of plenny pot- satay noodles. I raised a complaint and it was immediately refunded. Quick customer service.”

“I have been taking Jimmy Joy products sporadically for several years. They are the ideal option for times when you have little time and you need one or two meals a day to be quick and not end up eating anything with empty calories. I am happy with the result and even more so with the service and shipping. The last delivery was missing a product and after contacting them they solved it immediately and after a few days I had it at home. When there is an error is where the quality of the company is seen and in this case it was perfect.”

“I've been using the Jimmy Joy Plenny Shakes for 1 month now, and really enjoying them! I'm trying to gain weight, but don't have much time to prepare or eat food. Being able to add in a Plenny Sake as an afternoon snack has been a fantastic way to boost my calories with minimal prep time and minimal stress. I love how many flavours there are - I can mix and match them, so I don't get bored. I also find the taste really good - they're not too sweet, and no overpowering artificial flavours. They keep me full for about an hour and a half to two hours. The shaker is very easy to clean. Also, I had them delivered with Budbee - our house is difficult to find, but the guys from Budbee not only actually read the instructions I'd written (which DHL and PostNL have not) but even called when they weren't sure where to leave the box. All in all a great experience and I will keep ordering. Thanks Jimmy Joy!”

“Spettabile Jimmy Joy, ho acquistato per la prima volta i vostri prodotti, ma non è la prima volta che compro pasti sostitutivi. Infatti ho provato YFood e Jake Food con buona soddisfazione per entrambi. Voglio precisare che utilizzo un pasto sostitutivo al giorno per il pranzo e conduco uno stile di vita piuttosto attivo, sia per il lavoro che svolgo sia per l'attività sportiva (4 volte a settimana). Parlando del vostro prodotto (Plenny shake vaniglia,banana,cocco)posso dire che il sapore mi piace, anche il senso di sazietà mi convince. Purtroppo la cosa che non tollero è la quantità di scoregge che si verifica ogni volta, dopo circa 6 ore dall'assunzione del pasto. Evidentemente nel vostro prodotto c'è qualche sostanza che il mio organismo non tollera, facendomi così questo spiacevole effetto. Pertanto come posso dare un buon giudizio? Come posso consigliarlo a un amico o un collega? Mi dispiace ma non sono contento dell'acquisto, ho dato due stelle perché il sapore è comunque buono ma l'esperienza rimane deludente.”

Thank you for taking the time to write such a review, we appreciate that! Due to the increased fiber in the diet and the probiotics, there is usually an adaptation phase in which there is some flatulence. If you still experience this reaction after a few weeks of eating the Plenny meals, you may be having trouble digesting one of the ingredients, such as soy or oats. Have you tried them on their own? Try eating/drinking the Plenny meal more slowly, exercising regularly, and staying hydrated. And let us know how it goes!

“The meals are sincerely awesome. I eat two bars per day and one plenty pot for the lunch. It is so tasty and easy to prepare. I’m glad not to waste time cooking everyday. “Het is nu al 3/4 jaar terug sinds ik mijn eerste shake (toen wat sceptisch) bestelde bij Jimmy Joy. Dit was de mango smaak en ik was direct overtuigd. Het is een complete maaltijd die lekker, makkelijk te maken en gezond is. Daarnaast neemt het weinig tijd in beslag neemt en voel ik me zeker 4 uur verzadigd. Ondertussen zijn er veel meer smaken en variaties bij. Voor ik naar werk ga gooi ik meestal een bar in mijn tas, ik hoef niet te denken over of tijd te maken voor lunch op deze manier. En elke keer als collega's en naar vragen leg ik het met alle plezier uit. Het is niet eens nodig om anderen te overtuigen van dit concept, het spreekt voor zich. Mijn vriend en meerdere collega's gebruiken nu ook al producten van Jimmy Joy. En als je je bedenkt dat het een compleet voedende maaltijd is, is die prijs ook super.”
