I like the idea but unfortunately I feel very nauseous after drinking the chocolate liquid meal. Tried 6 times and all resulted in same nausea.

Im really not agree with this very high increase of the price of the jimmy joy. I will have to stop it

Hi Yannick, Believe us, we also hate having to raise prices, but we were left no choice at this point. With the changing situation in the world, I am sure you also felt the increase in costs personally in your life. The same goes for us, almost every aspect of our business was affected and to be able to continue our operations, the price increase from beginning of February was the only option left.

I can’t review the products since they haven’t arrived yet but I am disappointed that it is taking so long. I ordered them nearly three weeks ago and in the tracking system I don’t See any updates. It just says: on the way.

I ordered the complete box: drinks, powder and snack bars. I was very excited to try something new, but aside from the drink (it was chocolate flavored) I have to say that both the powder and the bars (chocolate powder and mocha bars) were terrible. Obviously this is just a personal opinion but I tried lots of powders from other brands, always chocolate, and this is by far the worst flavor I’ve had. Disappointed I literally had to throw them in the trash because no one at home would eat them.

Ik heb 3 smaken gekocht, vanille, aardbeien en banaan, geen één heeft de smaak wat op de verpakking staat. 't is een erg melige drap.... en ze zijn de shaker ook nog vergeten mee te sturen...geen aanrader

Hey Liliana, wat jammer om te lezen dat de shaker vergeten is mee te sturen. En al helemaal jammer om t ehoren dat de shakes niet bevallen. Gelukkig hebben we in deze gevallen een hele relaxte 'binnen 30 dagen niet tevreden, geld terug' actie. Zou je hierover even contact met ons op willen nemen? Hey there so I've purchased the drinks of vanilla flavors. And so I've really thought your drink will ceep me satisfied for at least hour and half!! Guess what I had a hunger attack after one hour.. I think it is really over priced product!! Definitely not to order again.

My order was delayed, the DPD service was the worst I've ever experienced. The delivery supposed to call me but they never did, I was only receiving messages of missing the delivery and never received an actual call. Now I can't reach my package because the delivery guy never actually left a paper with a pickup spot where I can take my package. Neither Jimmy Joy neither DPD couldn't let me know where the package is. I'd like my money back or another shipment please.

Checking the tracking for the order it is showing me a failed 2nd attempt with this note: Back at parcel delivery centre after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. It was the second delivery attempt. Please use the redirection options at www.dpd.de/empfangen, otherwise the parcel will be sent back to the consignor after 7 days. Vor einer Woche bestellt und bereits zwei Mails erhalten, dass die Ware versandbereit ist. Aber laut Sendungsnummer immer noch nicht an DHL übergeben. Probieren konnte ich noch nicht. Wurde aber um eine Bewertung gebeten.

Hoi Maxim, Dat nemen we wel degelijk en ik vind het jammer dat na ons contact je toch de noodzaak voelde om hier nog een review over te plaatsen, maar dat is je goed recht natuurlijk. Er is een proces dat gevolg moet worden als er iets met een zending is, zoals bij die van jou. De verzender moet een onderzoek starten en wij zullen dat moeten afwachten voor er duidelijkheid over de situatie is en we een passende oplossing kunnen bieden. Zoals aan je beloofd, houden we het in de gaten voor je en zullen we in contact treden zodra we meer weten. In de hoop dat het nu wel aankomt, dank ik je voor je geduld en begrip in deze. Wat er ook aan de hand blijkt te zijn, wij nemen de verantwoordelijkheid wel degelijk daarvoor en zullen zorgen dat je of schadeloos gesteld wordt of alsnog het pakket ontvangt, maar dat dus even afwachtend op het antwoord van de verzender.

It’s taste awful. I am already regretting my decision to buy these products. I am not sure how I am gonna finish these as it’s so bad with taste and texture of it. I would like to return these if that’s possible.

A taste would be lovely ! Package was sent back to Jinny Joy because delivery was not able to deliver. No new delivery.. no money back ! Nothing !
