“I ate it two times and had bad nausea soon after both. I asked for more info about it and the CS didn't provide me with any solution (alternatives/best practices/refund), It just advised me to ask the doctor, who (of course) told me to stop eating it. I don't have allergies or intolerance to any food.”

“I really really love Jimmy Joy, my favourite thing is the chocolate bar meal, I am absolutely obsessed with it, no lie. I also like the vanilla bar, and the pre-made drinks are soooo tasty. I've been using Jimmy Joy since 2020, ever since I discovered that there was such a thing as complete meals, pre-made in these forms of food. I really like that they lowered the free delivery from 100 to 50 euros per order, because that means that I can now order less and more frequently when I need it. If I could give it 5 more stars, I would”

“Al jaren trouwe fan van de Plenny repen. Nu de V3.0. De Apfelstrudel hebben we zelfs niet opgegeten (gaan de rest van doos weggeven) was een rare chemisch aandoende heftige, appelsmaak (is het appel?), lijkt nergens naar Apfelstrudel, hoeft ook niet echt natuurlijk, maar dit is echt niet lekker. De Mokka V3.0, ietsje beter maar weer een wat chemische indruk, geen idee, deze box komt wel op maar niet van harte en zeker geen herbestelling. De immer favoriete Zeezout Karamel, de V2.0 was lange tijd vast onderdeel van dagelijks menu. Nu 30 % minder suiker in de V3.0? Maar niet meer proteine en niet minder calorieën door meer vet?Smaakt inderdaad minder zoet, jammer, karamel moet zoet, dat maakt de combi met zout zo aantrekkelijk (inderdaad, V3.0 ook mee in de minder zout hype) en een beetje snelle koolhydraten van suikers is best prima bij krachtsport/fitness, zat niet te wachten op meer vet en minder smaak en carbs. Was deze altijd wel 5 sterren, nu gezakt naar 4, net aan. Al met al nog een prima vegan reep maar deze zogenaamde vooruitgang naar 3.0 had voor mij écht niet gehoeven, ga nu toch een alternatief zoeken (geen idee of dat lukt trouwens), ga m'n trouwe, makkelijke en bijna verslavend lekkere en altijd mee op reis maaltijd, de Plenny Zeezout Karamel V2.0, serieus missen, balen.”

“I didn't enjoy the flavor of the powders at all. I also tried a bar from the supermarket the other day and the texture was so hard and unpleasant that it looked like it was suppose to be dipped in some sort of liquid.”

“De smaak was niet voor mij weggelegd. Ik vond de substantie te veel naar pap smaken. De repen hadden wat zoeter mogen zijn. Ik kreeg ze met moeite weg. Voor de rest vind k de levering goed en het merk er leuk uitzien.”

Hoi Sebastiaan! Dank je allereerst voor het achterlaten van je review na je eerste bestelling bij ons. Jammer dat het toch niet een jackpot is geworden voor je wat betreft de substantie van de Shakes en de smaak van de Bars. Wat betreft de substantie van de shakes zal er, omdat het op haver is gebaseerd, altijd die grovere textuur aan blijven zitten. Wat je kan doen is er meer water aan toevoegen of eventueel kijken of het met je favoriete melk beter voor je wordt. Dat zijn alleen suggesties natuurlijk, smaak is persoonlijk en als het niet voor jou is, kan dat natuurlijk gewoon. Voor de milkshake-achtige textuur kunnen we je nog wel de Plenny Drinks aanraden, die hebben dat grovere helemaal niet, misschien dat dat meer is wat je zoekt. De zoetheid van de Bars die je hebt geprobeerd is wat lastiger wat aan te doen. Ik zie dat je het mix-pakket had, dus je hebt ze allemaal kunnen proberen. Als dat niet is waar je op hoopte, houdt dat wel op qua suggesties ben ik bang. Dat allemaal gezegd hebbende, bieden we een 30-dagen geld-terug garantie aan voor al onze klanten. In dit geval, zou je daar ook voor in aanmerking komen maar ik heb nog geen actie ondernomen in de hoop dat je de Shakes misschien toch nog zo krijgt dat de substantie beter voor je is met de suggesties hierboven. “I really like Jimmy Joy products, however if the prices continue to go up, it might be hard to order so often. My main complaint would be the shipping time, sometimes it takes up to two weeks to send from NL to UK (when the shipment doesn't fail). I found that most products taste good at first, but after a few days I can no longer enjoy the taste and it makes me avoid those flavours altogether. I don't know why this is. But at this point i can only really eat the Strudel bars and the Mushroom Pot. So hopefully, you can come up with new flavours or better ones. Lastly, I wish there were more options in terms of nutrition, such as an option with less carbs. Custome service is good. I still recommend!”
