“I personally had a great experience with JJs. The chat function was very helpful and the agent even sent me photos of dresses in colors I was considering. I ordered custom and it fit PERFECTLY. I added some rhinestones myself only because I like more bling. The material and workmanship were impeccable and the zipper held me in securely without breaking though it was stretched quite to the max with the tight fit. I got many compliments on the dress. Based on reviews of my style that the custom dresses were too long or big, I hedged my measurements a little smaller and shorter and was glad I did as it was nice and snug in the bodice which I wanted. I am a 5’4” and 120lbs and 36-27-34 and ordered 36-26-34 and 5’3” length. I don’t know about all the problems people had with returns because I live in US and I believe it was shipped from US. It was just before Lunar New Year and I know Asian businesses shut down during that week but I received the dress a few days earlier than promised and in plenty of time for the wedding and not wrinkled in the least bit. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I have recommended this company to my friends and family already.”

“Have made several orders and could not ask for better service, turn around, and quality. Prices are resonable, and delivery is quick. I have not had to have any returns or refunds for being unsatisfied. Will continue to purchase from JJs House”

“Our order came in quickly. It was too big in my daughter, so I wanted to return and buy a larger size. It was simple to print out the label to return. The new dress size I ordered was in the same week. The whole process was simple and easy.”

“Ordered wedding shoes far to small for a size 5 had to send them back and first tgey offered a voucher then they refunded me some money but do not refund it all. I would never recommend or order from here again”

“Absolutely appaled by the delay and no tracking possible for my order. Made it 9th November, allegedly been in UK since 13th November.however in Yodel tracking app, shows since 11th November.. this proves its not shipped from other country potentially, and sits in UK ll this Tim, no still not with Yodel, apparently only being sent to Yodel... so how come they advertise wi ship in 3-6days and now it will be 18th November with no tracking information or even delivery date accessible. Will not stop with these reviews and keep going as no pt ordering something when the purpose of the purchase is to receive it in time. Scared to even think about the fit and the quality.. Reading all these reviews is clear to see they are an awful business to shop with, especially with such high shipment cost -£17 And no communication with shipment or delays etc. Nothing at all”

“Absolutely appauling. I received my wedding dress today. The "white" fabric has a blue tinge to it, the Trumpet style is not trumpet at all, it wasn't true to size at all... Never shop here for wedding dresses. I'd give zero stars if I could”

“My order arrived with items missing, first emails were ignored by jjshouse, then through their online chat managed to get a ticket number to respond to. This led to them asking for photos of missing items and labels, sent the labels photo back. Still no response after 2 weeks, complained again to be told items were out of stock anyway and I could either have money back in 2 weeks or voucher which they recommend (If you can find it!). They are very quick to process your order but when things go wrong they are of no help. I now have non matching items which I would not have ordered if jjshouse had been more honest with their supplies.”

“I have tried for over a week to get a refund and return an item. . what a nightmare after over five emails still zero real help. I even was going to settle for a fifty percent coupon and give up on returning the dress only to find the coupon doesn't even work I'm just out over a hundred dollars A big disappoint stuck with a dress I don't even want .”

“Regular Shipment $31, priority shipment $34. When you have goods to return, you pay the return postage extra, not JJ! Therefore, I did decide against shopping at JJ's after all the reviews that I read here and in other forums, because obviously there is also a problem with the refund of perfectly ok returned goods in many cases and I will definitely not pay three times;) Sorry, mates...that's a bad business model! Well, it only works for you guys, but not for your customers and the poor people who have to taylor and supply to you. It's a shame!!!”
