“I bought two dresses (and a potential prom dress for my daughter). My dresses are gorgeous and fit perfectly. My daughter's prom dress is exactly what she wanted, and we do need minor alterations - but for the price and quality, we are so much more than just satisfied.”

“HI, i have used their try on program at least three times for myself, my daughter and my mother.. The dresses have all been clean and well sewn. We each have found our dress for our event, and they do offer so many colors even in the try on phase that we didnt have to order swatches.”

“This was my first time purchasing from JJsHouse and I am more than satisfied and even look forward to an occasion to purchase another beautiful dress. I purchased three tailored dresses. Customer service worked diligently with me to insure the measurements were right before the tailoring was done. When they arrived they were so much more beautiful than what you could see on the internet. They were actually just stunning!! I thought the price was more than reasonable and the delivery was well within what they told me. They were packaged very well. I did have to return a shawl because the color was not quite what I was looking for. Again, customer service was so helpful in offering several options to return the item and obtain a refund. I cannot say enough how happy I am all the way around with the products, customer service and with the return/refund process.”

“The dress arrived, safely packaged, more than a fortnight before my godson's wedding, so there would have been plenty of time for adjustments. However, none are needed, as the dress is a perfect fit. It looks exactly as advertised, with the cut skillfully disguising my top-heavy figure, and the colour (slate blue) is also very flattering. My husband was bowled over, and my godson's mother wants all the guests to wear a dress from JJ's House.”

“I bought my wedding dress and my daughters bridesmaid dress from JJ's. I was hesitant, but decided to take the plunge and I am so glad that I did. The quality is amazing for the price and they both fit well (mine will need some minor alterations but that is to be expected with wedding dresses).”

“Hi I recently bought a bridesmaid dress here since the domain address ends in AU. I never had any trouble dealing with any Australian website not until today. See, this dress I ordered shows in their website that it has return policy and only custom made sizes are not returnable But here is the disclaimer, ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER, THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO LEARN WHETHER IT IS RETURNABLE OR NOT If you check my pictures below, you will see that I ordered a standard size of AU 10 only for this dress But when I ordered it, suddenly there is a note to say IT IS NON RETURNABLE. WHICH DID NOT APPEAR WHEN YOU ARE STILL PLACING THE ORDER AND NOT FINALISED IT YET THE FUNNY THING IS, BASED ON THEIR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY, ANY MADE TO ORDER DRESS CANCELLED AFTER 5 days, you wont receive any monies back. Even if it was not shipped yet!!!! So I cancelled my order, and they are telling me now that IT IS A CUSTOM MADE DRESS!!! When in fact they did not mention it when I ordered it. This company insidious!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL. BECAUSE ONCE YOU ORDER, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF OF OPTIONS, THEY WONT ALLOW YOU TO RETURN IT NOR REFUND YOUR MONEY PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PICTURES FOR EVIDENCES ILL RAISE THIS WITH CONSUMER AUSTRALIAN LAW. this is so inhumane. “I have bought 4 dresses for our event, my party bought another 5 and rented more than 6 to get final style and sizes for my group. Very positive experience. I love my dress, it fits so well and is so well made. I think the prices are very reasonable! I would highly recommend this site. I have used it for several events now and very happy. Super fast responses on email too. Nice Job JJ! I will post pics after our event!”

“If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Not only did NONE of the try-on dresses work (I'm out $30 with no refund) but they keep sending me emails stating that I have not returned the dresses. I received the dresses, tried them on and returned them THE SAME DAY. Once I got the first email stating that I had not returned the dresses I responded to the email and attached the UPS drop off receipt AND a screen shot of the UPS website stating that the dresses had been returned. They emailed me back saying that they received them. And yet, they keep sending me emails stating that I have not returned the dresses. Their system is TERRIBLE. Don't put yourself through the hassle of the try-on dresses!”

“I have had a great experience with this company. At first I ordered swatches and then ‘try on’ gowns. I found 2 gowns I absolutely love and they fit perfectly. I’m planning to wear them at my 2 Childrens weddings next year. I’m 5’8”, 140 lbs and I ordered a size 8.”
