“Had to collect my parcel at Pep Terminus Kld. Crime Hotspot - very dangerous for the public. Asked them to contact me to no avail, dint answer my email. Garment very small - won't fit a child. Not worth it - stay away!”

“Oh I wish I could put 0 stars. Disappointed and angry. I ordered a dress on 19th of March and it was due to arrive on 2nd of April. It’s 10th of April and it still hasn’t arrived. I have a wedding to attend since I am a bridsmaid and the worst part is they keep lying about the location of my parcel.they keep saying it’s with the shipping courier but when I contacted the shipping courier the said that they haven’t recieved anything at all. Then I texted them again and they kept saying the same thing and saying ALL COURIERS ARE EXPERIENCING DELAYS but that’s a massive lie because I have been shopping for the past 3 weeks since I am going on holiday and they arrive within 5 days maximum even the ones I have bought from SHEIN. SHEIN is located in China as well but they are really reliable. This company is a total fraud. They actually are a fraud and they are such big liars. Please don’t buy from them or you will miss your event and be so so disappointed . I have anxiety and this is messing with my head but they still lie to me instead of fixing the issue. Shame on you.”

“JJsHouse.com is amazing! I've used them multiple times for different dresses, custom sized every time. They always do a spectacular job. Their dresses are great quality, they fit beautifully, and they are gorgeous besides! I can't wait to order my wedding dress from them someday. When you get custom sized dresses from them, it is expected that it'll be a few weeks before you get the dress, but it doesn't take longer than they say it will! The packages arrive safely, and they turn the dresses inside out to prevent damage while shipping. They also provide clear instructions for how to take measurements in order to best tailor the dress for you. I've recommended JJsHouse to many people and will continue to do so!”

“I had to return a dress and wrap that did not fit,but it was after the 14day return policy. My fault completely. Jjs house is issuing me a 50.00 certificate to use, which was a pleasant surprise. I have already reordered and are awaiting my two new dresses.”

“JJHouse has been an excellent resource for me as I've searched and shopped for dresses and accessories for my wedding. They are reasonable prices within my budget that allows me to focus on the marriage I'm preparing for rather than the cost of the wedding which honestly will only be one day in my life (no matter how excited I am about it). I've gotten my wedding dress, veil, shoes, and bridesmaids dresses from JJHouse. They all arrive very quickly in the mail. I'm very happy I found JJHouse because so many of the dresses they offer match my style unlike other online bridal stores and I didn't have to break the bank to purchase all of them.”

“I was very skeptical about purchasing from JJ House. I did end up purchasing a dress and I was Soooo Amazed at the quality. Same quality as the high-end dress shops. Not to mention the price was super inexpensive. I would recommend this site for sure. I have not done a refund because I would just give it to a friend for that price. my dress also came in a week. Score for me.”
