Very poor, still haben’t received my order. I’ve sent a mail and no answer, expected more.

I had high expectations for JKA customer service but I am very disappointed, my order 144134 wasdelayed for a week when I reached for support where they told me it would take maximum another week. It has been 3 weeks now 14 working days since I made the order and it should have arrived in 2-5 working days. Can you get in contact with me and let me know what is up with my order please.

I would recommend this company delivery was quick I was sent a wrong item but was sorted quickly and replied to any messages I sent.

Hi my girlfriend bought 2 jackets and we get 3rd one free and that was over 2 weeks ago and we still haven’t got the jackets.

This is because of your customer service. I returned an item to be replaced for a smaller size. I have not received the replacement nor confirmation of a replacement.

2 orderes messed up. Second order never arriged and it was returned by hermes even though i didmt request a return. Terrible customer service

I still don’t have the jacket I ordered. It was a birthday gift for my cousin. It was supposed to drop exactly on his bday but there were some delivery issues. Oke no problem I’ll wait till 10 December. Today marks 15th of December and I don’t have the jacket still.. Didn’t hear a thing from JKA.

I did at first want to write a bad review as my package hasn’t been delivered for 3 weeks and seeing all the scam comments, but then I contacted the founder Dovy on Instagram and director and they both helped me within 10 minutes and my packaged was shipped that day in urgency. They have said that they are behind in orders as they didn’t expect that many, they aren’t a massive company so I do feel for them. They aren’t scammers and they will ship your parcel eventually, if you need help I’d contact either of these people.

This is my second time ordering from JkAttire, the first time i ordered in england, it was just amazing, everything arrived literally the next day, but this time i ordered from Spain, and has been 2 weeks already (or more) and still haven´t arrived :(

Your shipping times Are dead. Placed an order on 02-12. Got a mail that there as a ‘small’ delay and that it will be delivered before 10-12. Today its 15-12 and the delivery company in the UK didn’t even receive the package from JKA (and I live in the Netherlands) Very Very bad service with dead promises. Only order here if you need your clothes in 2 months and not for a special day, Bc it will be too late.

I cant say much because three weeks ago I literally ordered a jacket and still havent got it.. I asked the creator of JKA he said there was a delay two weeks later the customer server said the exact same thing and now I’m reading comments about that this is a scam and that I’m not the only one that havent got their stuff so yeah.

I don't think I've ever written a bad review before but I guess there is a first time for everything. This review is purely based on communication and customer service as I am yet to receive my products. I was sent tracking information for my delivery but was never contacted about any delays until I took it upon myself to contact the team 6 days after receiving emails saying that my items had been shipped to ask for an update regarding my delivery. I then received an email responding that there were delays due to the Black Friday sale, which is understandable, however, this should have been communicated to customers on the onset. A few days after I then received an email stating that one of the items I ordered was then out of stock eventhough I was previously contacted that my order had been shipped. In one of the corresponding emails, I was addressed by a name that wasn't my name, not even close to the spelling of my name which I found quite unprofessional. I was asked to then choose a replacement for the item that was out of stock in which I replied, however, I have not received an email to state if this had been confirmed yet I have been told to watch out for any updates regarding the shipment of my original order. I'm still waiting for my delivery and my order was made November 29. I'm at the point of which I may ask for a refund and cancellation of order. Update on order still pending.
