“Ordered XL (I have proof of my order). Received SML in error. Returned parcel (I have tracking proof). They are now refusing to refund me and want to offer gift card. I don't want a gift card as they don't have my size in stock. They have stolen my money!”

“WARNING TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY !! Should your clothes not fit, make sure you return them within 14 days of receipt. Stupidly ( or just organised ) I bought my son a tracksuit for Xmas. It arrived 19th dec but I couldn’t give to my son until 28th therefore once opened & tried on, bank holiday allowances , 14 days had passed for return. Contacted company and was outright told it was too late for return. Not even offered a credit note or exchange!!! Most companies offer extended returns at xmas periods, but NOT THIS ONE !! Terrible customer service, will never buy from them again & would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!!! You have been warned !!!”

“the item ordered was described as pastel orange on the website. when it arrived the label said it was pastel rose. I raised a query by email but there was an insistence that I send a photograph before the issue could be looked into. the response was simply, in the end, that there were no pastel rose products on the JK Attire website. I felt that this was badly handled and the response was unprofessional. the product itself was ok, once opened as a present on Christmas Day.”

“I got a shirt and it was delivered on time, I realised it didn't fit me well so I went for a size up, I returned it and they delivered it back incredibly fast can't say a bad thing about JK Attire, great quality fashion, smooth payment and fast delivery. 5 stars.”
