“I ordered a pairs of jeans and I noticed they was to small as the size I ordered is my normal size and I wanted to return for and exchange but then noticed it said I have to pay for the return that I think is completely unfair as a customer I paid for it to be delivered and the sizing was deceiving and now I have to pay for it to be returned. I find this very unacceptable and now I have to keep trousers and wasted my money for something that doesn’t fit me. Along with the zip being broken when I opened it from the packaging completely unfair I will never purchase again. The quality as well was no wear as good as the original price.”

“The pants i orderd were great! I love them so much! But the communication was worse… I ordered with shipping within 2-5 business days. I emailed them and got a late response that i just need to wait. One week later, still no package… i emailed again but now with that i want a refund for my shipping cost. Again I received an email that i just need to wait and no answer to my question. Now finally my pants have arrived! Verry happy with them! But the communication was bad…”

“I love the quality of the stuff! It’s amazing for the price. There’s a lot of improvement needed in their customer service though, they don’t reply to emails and I have been sent the wrong thing/ faulty things before and heard nothing when it’s been returned. It’s a real shame but I’m hoping that improves! I also have problems getting my discount codes to work a lot of the time.”

“The clothes are nice but I ordered on 24th December and I only received the order on 1st March. The problem wasn’t with the courier, the items just weren’t processed. The customer services very poor too. I chase and chased for an update and just received automated responses. I wouldn’t order again just because of all the stress. The clothing sizes come big too.”

“I had placed an order after forever wanting clothing from JK Attire my tracksuit bottoms and top were amazing but the 2 pairs of jeans I ordered I have no zip to do them up on my black ones and the blue jeans all the stickering was peeling off, I’m frustrated that both of the Jeans I were sent was faulty”

“Quality is atrocious after 1 wear the design and wording on the jeans is peeling off which is hardly what you’d expect for a £50 pair of jeans. The whole design is unreadable, absolutely ridiculous quality. After wanting them for months and finally receiving them as a gift I am extremely disappointed”

“They messed up my order OVER 3 months ago. They forgot an item and also gave me the wrong size. I reached out and they acted like they were going to fix it…WRONG! I then reached out again and again and again! They play this game acting as if they’ll fix it and make it right but never do! They are scammers! They mess up your order and take your money. Finally today after months of waiting and going at them on Instagram they gave me a refund…but VIA GIFT CARD when I told them I don’t want a gift card because I won’t shop here ever again! And they knew that. (Btw they delete all the comments telling the truth on their Instagram page) Very unprofessional don’t shop here.”

“Terrible quality clothing My zip broke on my jeans after 2 hours of wearing them and they won’t refund me. If they had wrote in the description that I’d be paying for a pair of Jeans I can only wear for 2 hours before having to throw them out I wouldn’t of bothered Do not buy from this company they are crooks.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM JKA. Reading the reviews and I have the exact same issue like so many! Placed an order on the 18th of December and still not had my items. Also being refused a refund via original payment method now. Got email thread 14 emails long with Alex H who proves to be absolutely useless and ignorant!”
