“It is now 10 days after order placed and I still haven’t received nor have I received actual details of when I will actually receive order. I am in the UK and according to website they are in Manchester. I am getting the idea these clothes are not coming from UK.”

“Love all the clothes and great quality products however they take ages to get delivered and items that are sold out won’t be taken off the website. I have ordered things and weeks later been contacted saying either the sale has ended or the product is sold out.”

“Absolutely dreadful so far. 13 days after placing order it has not even been received by the courier. Response from yourselves takes a few days to get a response. Doubt I’ll be ordering from JK Attire again”

“Genuinely awful customer service, my package took almost 2 months to come and the email response time was dreadful in that time, with confusing cryptic messages. When my package did arrive, theirs no clear instructions on how to return the items, taking 2 weeks to even arrange the return and i can no longer return my items as they took that long to communicate.”

“Order and payed for next day delivery and 12 days later my item has still not reached hermes. This is the second time this has happend. Quality of clothes Order prior I carnt fault but as for receiving the item that's a different thing.”
