“Ordered a tracksuit in size large, but was sent a large hoodie and XS joggers, sent them back a week ago but received no correspondence on whether they have received my return or they have sent out my Large joggers. Still waiting over a week later.”

“I bought a pair of shorts at FULL price and website states that if they are discounted you can't get a refund. Well, they are only happy to give me a gift card for their s**** store which I am never going to shop from again. The shorts i ordered looked completely different to the picture, sizing was terrible and the customer service just straight up ignore you. Their rating on their website says 4.85 stars.... where as on here it is 3.7... something fishy here. Reported to trading standards :)”

“I ordered a medium tracksuit, the model wearing it I'd 5"10 qnd I'm 5"11 so thought it would fit like the picture. It doesn't its huge and it's too much hassle to send it back so if you're 5"11 get a small”

“Mystery box scam. Got four plain items with silver badge that falls off and a pair of socks which is adding up to £95 on the website clearly. The email promised over £200 worth of stuff which was not true beware of this scam. Refused to refund or help in anyway quite an abrupt and aggressive return email that didn’t make any sense whatsoever. I think this is run by amateurs from the garage by the sound of it. The clothes them self are not even fruit of the loom quality just screenprinted second rate that food very quickly in the wash .”
