“Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered my box 3 weeks ago, still nothing. Was promised it would be shipped last week, hasn’t, then told it had been lost in transit, still nothing. No reply from my emails but this one asking me to write a review for them 😂😂😂 here ya go”

“Worst company I have ever ordered from. Parcel at first got lost in delivery. Was then delivered a week after my ‘next day delivery’ and am still yet to be full refunded for it. My jumper in order then came with a stain on the arm of the jumper before I had even worn it and nobody replied to my email about it.”

“ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING! Ordered a box of 5 items, got discount on it which was good. Receive the box and omg, the oversize T-shirts were massive, you could practically use this for a sleep bag it’s that big. The quality was awful too! I had to return all the items back, costed me £11 to return back as they don’t offer this. Was offered a gift card for my refund as I used discount on my purchase. I will never ever buy from this company again, I don’t even want to use the gift card!!!”

“The product came nicely packaged However I’ve tried to return, was unable to log back into my account, apparently my email was not recognised- so was unable to log my return. I have since emailed my issue but have not heard back from Anyone. I have sent back the parcel signed for & have forwarded the parcel details yet havnt heard back”

“I’m still waiting for my package, I’m disappointed because I never had issues with this company before. However, I’ve ordered my stuff last week and it’s now Wednesday and I haven’t received my package… I emailed customer service and their replies takes days. I finally got a response and gave them my order number, just for them to not give me a update. At this point I’m going to Ask for a refund.”

“WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Second time having an issue as well as going back and fourth via email to get nowhere as I was stupid enough to order again thinking it may have just been a busy period for them ( over Xmas) & that everyone deserves a second chance but that was very wrong of me!!! Will NEVER shop here again!”

“Ordered a week ago, order says fulfilled on website and have been given a tracking number for My Hermes stating shipment is on its way. When tracking the number on my hermes it says "We're expecting it - We're expecting your parcel to arrive with us soon and we'll update your tracking once we've received it". Contacted JK Attire customer service for a refund on shipping fee as they haven't delivered with 2-3 which they charge for and falsely advertise on their website, this was ignored by customer service who then failed to given an actual update on where the order was and how long it would take even though I have asked 3 times now. No empathy shown and really poor customer service. Once this order has been dealt with I won't be ordering from them again.”

“My first package took 7-8 days & I was missing a item but I love the clothes i got so I ordered again directly and the second order was shipped out but It hasn't move from evri the new Hermes it says in transit. But I'm not willing to take the risk so I called PayPal to fix the problem! I honestly think there are out of stock or something but the email wasn't working for me either !! Sol deputed both orders on PayPal don't buy if it isn't via PayPal! Cause if you track messes up 1 it will take the bank longer but I actually want my items so contact PayPal to get more information! If there no answer after 10 days you get a full refund! Still have no movement on package after 5days”
