Unhelpful, unresolved and useless. Customers spend 100s but have to arrange and pay for their own returns and ontop of that find a way to print the return slip without a printer or local Internet shop.
There is not enough time to even return it before the 14day cut off day. Disappointed with the catfish plastic fake cargos in the first place. Not ordering from you guys again bye.

Also a major problem with the returns policy and the fact refunds are only made in gift card format - unless you pay full price or do not use a discount code which is next to impossible because most things are on so called ‘sale’ price.
”

WARNING TO ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY !!
Should your clothes not fit, make sure you return them within 14 days of receipt. Stupidly ( or just organised ) I bought my son a tracksuit for Xmas. It arrived 19th dec but I couldn’t give to my son until 28th therefore once opened & tried on, bank holiday allowances , 14 days had passed for return. Contacted company and was outright told it was too late for return. Not even offered a credit note or exchange!!! Most companies offer extended returns at xmas periods, but NOT THIS ONE !! Terrible customer service, will never buy from them again & would definitely NOT RECOMMEND!!! You have been warned !!!

Dissatisfied with JKAttire as I purchased items for Christmas present to find that these are not able to be exchanged due to a 14 day returns policy which is not acceptable for Christmas presents bought early due to size requirement and postal strikes. 1 star customer service

Clothing line is very nice, however, the items I paid for wasn't how I thought it would be & the fact I had to pay £8.25 to return the item means I would never use this company again until returns are free. As a customer, you want to feel secure in a purchase and the fact you rely on customers to pay for returns says a lot about the company as a whole
