“don’t buy from them, their stuff looks good in the photos only, way worse in person, their customer service is really bad and they have this really stupid policy of not giving money back only gift card when you buy a discounted item which I wasn’t aware of. This has caused a lot of problems for me as I now have an unwanted gift card with them that I will never use, and I basically threw over £130 down the drain, when I explained that I really needed my money back as I am leaving the country they waited till I confirmed I sent the items back to them, to them say sorry it’s our policy we can’t do anything. They have no care for their customers. Spare yourself the trouble and don’t buy from them.”

“You website is very user friendly, your customer service team responds quickly as well but the delivery needs some help. The third party delivery you are in business with is causing a lot of customers to order from other sites like couture club or Mainers de void because the delivery is quicker. You have a 3-5 day delivery policy so your customers have a certain expectation and to have that turn into 2 weeks and more is highly unacceptable. Please fix this and keep up the great work. From a loyal customer”
