“I’m really not happy, the order came late & when it came all of the sizes were wrong. The jeans are way too small than the sizes advertised. I’m really upset with this. I spent nearly £200 and I will be returning everything. Very dissatisfied as I have been looking forward to purchasing and have been supporting your brand for a while.”

“So first thing I paid extra for next day delivery but didn’t get a confirmation email until to days later and it’s been 6 days now and Hermes claim they still haven’t received my product to send out, on to of all this I’ve sent 4 emails and haven’t had a reply back from any of them I wouldn’t be bothered if I didn’t spend a lot but I had a big basket and am completely in the dark as to where my order is. This company is terrible for communication and reading all these reviews I doubt I will receive my items very unsatisfied :(”

“I ordered a mystery box 2 weeks ago Now! tracking says huxlo have been expecting it for over a week now. Says 2 to 3 days shipping (LIES) NO UPDATES AND NO REPLY TO MY EMAILS. POORESEST SERVICE I THINK IV EVER USED, CANT EVEN CALL TO ENQUIRE EITHER!!! @#%&?@#”

“The quality of the clothing is great. However, their customer service lacks. I placed my order over a week again, received notification that the order had been shipped. A week later, DHL advises that they never received the order and to contact the company i ordered from. Now, 4 emails later, I still have not received a response or my order. This makes the company more sketchy and iffy. Extremely horrible customer service.”

“I spent £25 and my next day delivery order did not arrive and hermes said they did not receive it. It can be resolved quite simply with a refund. The worst part is that my emails are being ignored, a simple communication would put my mind at ease! Please can you get back to me”
