“The service was fantastic! Very easy and I was kept in the loop during the entire process. However, the battery replaced on my Fitbit barely lasts a day. The previous battery, when new, would last up to 5 days without charging. Not sure if the new one is a completely different brand but I was hoping for an equally powerful replacement.”

“I was very surprised at how well the fixed my device. I had not used it in well over a year because they I though they had been damaged (not physically) by an accident but I couldn’t part with it.
