“I must admit I was hesitant to use this company! I felt nervous shipping the expensive headphones off, but I figured it was worth a shot since they were broken anyway. I was SO pleasantly surprised with the service, price, and ease of transaction. Beats are like new. I strongly encourage you to just do it!”

“I’m so glad I was able to find Joes GE. They were able to repair my Powerbeats 3 in a very timely manner. I think I was without them for 6 or 7 days at the most. I will definitely be using them again if and when my Powerbeats break again. They responded to all questions quickly and kept an open line of communication while processing my order and repairing my headphones.
