“waste of 400$. horrible. simple replacement broke my whole thing, tried to give me an old device trade to make up for it. they said it was a common thing that happens but only told me that after they broke it. if they were professionals like they claim to be then it wouldnt have happened. dont you dare contact me about this review either.”

“I needed to fix my $300 headphones and when I was quoted $150 for a possible fix from a repair store I said screw that! Joes thankfully had the part I needed and saved me so much money. My headphones work again. I don’t usually write reviews but I am so thankfully they saved me so much money I had to!!”
