I was bummed when my Studio Beats broke and they were there in the internet when I researched for a company to repair my headphones other than Apple which they were charging me 200 dollars for refurbished ones. I took my chances with Joes GE and I’m very satisfied I choose this company to repair my headphones. “Honestly, I never write these. However, my beats 2 broke and i found a video showing Joe's repair process. Website seemed legit, but I was still hesitant. I ultimately decided to send them in and was extremely pleased. Professional, easy, and quick. Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Its rare to find a hardware repair shop this effective, especially in this day and age. Thanks!”

“I got the headphones and they weren’t cleaned. Emailed Joes right away and they apologized and sent me a return slip that day. I returned them and got a full refund. Customer service was great! It was just honest, we messed up and here’s your money back. I’d order from them again because I’ve heard good things.”
