“I had a wonderful experience with Joe's GE repair service for my Beats Solo Headphones. They were very helpful, my headphones work great, and I didn't have to spend as much as I would if I were to buy a whole new set of headphones. I was especially appreciative of their excellent communication and having the option to pay in installments through Paypal. I would absolutely recommend Joe's to my friends and family and use them again if I need any repair work done. I'm so glad I could easily extend the life of my headphones instead of buying new- plus they responded and shipped quickly.”

The communications (by email and text) were laid-back but informative . . . no pressure, no hype, just friendly communication. “Wow, so thankful for this service! I was bummed when my headphones stopped working in one ear and they were out of warranty. I am grateful I found Joes! I sent them in and they sent me an estimate back within a few days. They have great communication and kept me updated all along the way, which really only took a week or so. My headphones are back and working great!”

“Instruction to how to get the item to be repaired was clear and concise. Once they received my item (headphones) I was contacted with their assessment and cost to repair, which was well worth it. The USB charging port (a known flaw in the headphones per my reading) was repaired and it is great to have them working again. Contact with the repairman was convenient and quick. Thank you.”

“My son's Apple Watch Series 1 was in a box for a couple of years, and the battery had died. I found Joe's with an online search. The online registration process was simple, the mailing label worked like a charm, I didn't pay until they had looked at the watch and given me a bill, and the watch was returned to me promptly. The watch has worked like new since. I would gladly use and recommend Joe's again in a heartbeat. Top notch experience!”
