They replaced a battery in a Garmin Fenix 3, which Garmin will not do. The battery worked but only held a charge for a few days as opposed to the four or five weeks of the original. The watch, for long treks is now about worthless. Fine for daily wear which is not what it is designed for.

My Garmin Approach S4 (golf watch) wouldn't hold a charge for a full 18. I was in need of a new battery for the watch. Lo and behold, Garmin no longer supports the watch. As far as they were concerned, it was time for me to buy a new watch. I stewed for a few days and then I found Joe's. It was easy to do business with them. They emailed me a prepaid label and off it went. They even emailed and texted me to let me know when the watch arrived at their shop. The turnaround time was quick. They communicated well throughout the process. The watch arrived yesterday and I'll be golfing on Sunday. I'll use Joe's again when the need arises. Joe's got the job done with no BS. 5 Stars for Joe's.

The item they sold showed it came with a daughter board and didn't state that it didn't come with it which I needed to repair my Xbox One X. I asked to send it back after stating it didn't come with what I needed and was told I had to pay for shipping. Very misleading and will not use this company again.

I've been using this company to repair several different headphones for the past 5 years and I have yet to be disappointed at either the customer service and/or the repair department. Reasonable prices with discounts to returning customers. This company is "A Breath of Fresh Air " compared to many of the bigger companies in the same industry.

Joesge always fix what apple claim they xan’t fix. Thats why I always go to them with my Solo 3’s. The repairs and the shipping process are always in a timely manner and fashion. They took care of me they’ll take care of you!

Was a tad bit suspicious since not many services like these fix headphones but i said why not and sent my headphones in. All i have to say is that, they really know how to do their jobs and you can trust them with any device you send in. I always recommend them to people with the same issues

Very pleased to have found a local and cheap source of repair for bose headphones. Performed a good and quick repair. Happy to continue use of a pre-existing product than to buy a new one and generate more electronic waste. Shame on bose for not offering a similar service.
