“FitBit screen was shattered. Find the site via Google search and got an easy, no-stress quote. They sent me a mailing label via email. I printed it and sent the device. In a few days, they confirmed the price before doing the repair. They fixed it a few days later then sent a payment link. After I paid on PayPal, they sent the fixed Fitbit back to me. Looks good as new!!! The process was so easy. Will definitely use again.”

“You get what you pay for. It’s try: I bought a non-Joes, cheap $13 Beats replacement band (off eBay) and it broke during installlation due to cheap, brittle plastic materials. 2nd try: Paid more at Joes GE and the part worked just like the original. Quality parts that work! Go with Joe.”

“This is one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. Very efficient, reliable, honest and fair priced. They sent me the mailing label with postage to send my smart watch and it was returned and repaired in a matter of two weeks time frame from shipping to receiving.”

“Sending in my FitBit blaze was wayyyy easier than I thought it would be. They sent me a text and an email to verify that they received it. They diagnosed the issue as something different than I thought was wrong. And it was a cheaper fix! All in all, I was without my FitBit for maybe a whole total and it's been working great ever since. “The company did a good job fixing/replacing the broken jack on my Bose QuietComfort 20 earphones. The communication was prompt and the service was good. The only reason I couldn't give a higher rating is that they replaced my original L-shaped jack (3.5 mm) with an I-shaped jack (likely 1/4 size) so now it is bigger and doesn't go all the way into my 3.5 mm headphone jack adapter (iPhone). It's a bit annoying when you spend $60 to get it fixed and it comes back imperfect. Otherwise, the service is good.”
