“After getting them sent off, I’m not even sure if they’re fixed. My beats won’t even show up on my apple iPhone Bluetooth. I’ve rest my phone and beat, and also tried to pair them again. They won’t pull up on neither IPhone, Laptop, or tablet. I wouldn’t use this company.”

“Bought some beats by dre several years ago and they recently stopped working. Warranty work was close to the original price of the headphones and these guys were able to fix it for me for around $60 and they work like new. Was a little hesitant at first but the process is very clear and they don’t do work until you ok it so there is no up front cost. Very helpful”
