“I can recommend Joes GE without hesitation! I tried to replace the battery in my Beats Solo and they still weren't charging because there was another problem. I decided that it was better to let the professionals take care of it. Joes was transparent about the cost and outlined the steps for the repair process. “Excellent, 5 stars: repaired my Bose QC35 headphones which kept turning it self on. Joes kept me informed. Sent them from SC on a Sat. Was received by them on Monday, fixed and returned to me by the following Friday. Another point that impressed me was they had posted a video on UTUBE, giving instructions on a way to repair the problem, unfortunately I had a different situation, so had to send them . Would be very comfortable dealing them again”

“They were super fast, super funny, and they just made getting a new pair of headphones so much easier, they're refurbished but they look brand new. I had just had a very bad experience buying fake headphones from somebody, and knowing that they can be trusted for your headphone and other electronic needs is great.
