“They were able to fix my Bose headphones that sat in water for two days. I honestly didn’t have high hopes when I sent them out to be fixed, but Joe’s was able to do it! The whole process from me sending them out from across the country to getting them back was less than 2 weeks and my headphones work like new! Absolutely recommend and would use them again if anything else breaks!”

They suggested new hinges and ear covers (and had both parts in the rose gold/pink needed for my headphones). After I approved the fix, they sent them back very quickly, and now my Beats look like new!”
