“Quite a few months ago, I ordered a part for my Bose Quietcomfort 35 headphones because the micro USB port has become damaged and failed to charge. As a master procrastinator, I have waited until now to replace the part and Joe's deleivered not only the small replacement board I needed, it included a whole video with how to do so. Saved me well over $120 because I did the repair in less than 20 minutes.”
