They were upfront on price estimate which was for what i that was wrong but they found it to be something completely different and contacted me right away. “Incredible customer service. Got a label to ship my headphones, received all possible confirmations and notifications of the status of my repair to my email and phone, so i was always updated on what's going on with my headphones. Got them repaired even faster than i thought! Thank you guys! Definitely will contact you again if i need to repair anything in the future (i hope nothing breaks though haha)”

“Sent in wireless headphones for a hinge/headband repair and they came back not holding a charge. Joe's was accommodating and has accepted them back for a no-cost repair. I haven't received them back yet, but I do appreciate Joe's responsiveness and willingness to do the right thing. I recommend them.”
