“My son had a pair of $300 Beats Mixr special edition headphones that were only plying out of one side. I was afraid that the plugs were faulty and a repair would cost as much as the original headphone cost. I sent them off, and Joes kept in regular contact. Let me know when received, and quickly corresponded with the diagnosis...a faulty wire replacement for $55.00. Worth it for a pair of expensive headphones. More importantly, I was relieved by a reasonable price for a reasonable fix. No gouging or giving a more drastic (and expensive) solution. Once I said, "do it," the repair was promptly done, and the headphones were returned very quickly. I should note that the repair cost included return shipping. I would not hesitate to use Joes again. My experience was completely positive.”

“Talk about good, honest people! My beats headphones stopped charging. I could not figure out why, so I did some research, found Joes, and filled out the form to send them in. As soon as they arrived, I got an email from Dave who let me know he had them, would look at them, and then get back to me. The next day I received an email stating that all he had to do was reset the firmware and that fixed the problem. Then, he floored me: because it wasn't an ACTUAL repair, he was just going to send them back to me! I didn't even pay shipping back!! Joes has a customer for life with us and a recommendation to anyone who needs a repair and is nervous about sending their stuff all the way to Washington. Don't sweat it. It's good.”
