Great company. They repaired my Beats Studio headphones and kept informed at all times from the moment I contacted them. thru shipping my item to them, during repair and until I got the item back once repaired. Highly recommendable and trustworthy.

Ordered and received Beats Solo Headphone replacement ear pad muffs in 2 days. Used posted video on how to replace which was easy to follow. Removing and cleaning off the old glue is not easy but installing the replacement pads is easy. If you have the patience to clean off the existing glue, these are a great choice. If you do not have the patience, send the headphones in to Joe's and have them do it. Actual product looks just like the original.

Nice guys to work with. I bought parts from them to fix my Beats head phones but found I wasn’t able to do it myself so I ended up sending the whole shooting match to them to repair for me. Looking forward to getting them back in one piece again!

I sent in my powerbeats 3 to fix a charging issue, and had to also get warranty work done. Joe's honors their warranty 100% and fixed my headphones back to better than new! I would HIGHLY recommend Joe's for any repair!

Excellent service for my broken beats. They were very detailed and emailed me regarding the repairs they were going to make. Sent pictures of a repair that I wasn’t aware was needed and made sure I approved it before they fixed it and charged me for it. Reasonable prices, and quick and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

I sent them a JBL extreme that had a blown driver. They replaced it, and got it back to me working like new. The price seemed reasonable, the communication was great, and the turn around time was ok. Overall it was a great experience and I would work with them again.

So happy I found them. My beats solo 3 had one side that did not make any sound, I took them to apple and they were charging me more than what the headphones were worth. I did some research and u found Joes and decided to give them a try. It was very worth it because they managed to fix them at a reasonable price, and thy did not charge me with me knowing first what was wrong and how much it was going to be. I like that they keep you updated on your device and you are actually taking to a real person. Highly recommend

At first, I was hesitant about them mostly because of the logistics of sending my headphone way out there, but once Joe's received my headphone's there was a peace in mind because what their previous customers have said about them is true. They're honest people that put excellent work into their craftsmanship of fixing my headphones. Honestly, I would do business with them again in the future. I'm sold on their business.

My Beats Wireless Solo 1.0 died. I’ve had them about 8 years, had to be the Battery. Joes GE has the parts at a good price. After watching Joe’s YouTube video installation was a breeze. I highly recommend Joes GE.
