These guys repaired the joint of my Bose Quiet Comfort ii headphones in a very reasonable time frame. It was a super easy process and saved me from having to buy another set of headphones. My only complaint was that they were so on top of the ball with their automated systems that I got an email saying they had received my headphones before I ever sent them out which was confusing. Otherwise the perfect service for my situation.

Watch is working fine BUT, I cannot get it to vibrate with my alarms and even had the geek squad try, but no joy.

Everything went fine with sending my watch in, the repair and getting it back. The communication was back and forth was very good. That all went away when I had a question about the new battery length. Frankly, the new one is no better than the old one. When I questioned it, I got nothing back except another automatic postage email. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for this. Could not find a phone # to call.

I found them on an internet search looking to repair my wife's Beats Headphones on my own.. After looking at their YouTube offering, I thought better of it and am very glad I did. Professional and careful they fixed the headphones in days... where it might of taken weeks to months for me to get to it... and I may have well created a disaster.. So thanks to them.

I was surprised at the short turn-a-round time. It was just over a week from my house to when it was delivered repaired back to my house. The headphones work perfect and it beats buying another set. They kept me posted the whole time as the status of my repair. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Fantastic service. The headband broke on my Beats Studio headphones and sent it off to Joes GE. Got it back within 1 week and everything was great until one of the earpads fell off. Sent off an email to Joes and explained the problem. They sent me 2 adhesive strips and all is good.

My Beats headphones ear padding had seen better days and needed to be replaced. I did a Bing search amd Joe's popped up as highly rated for electronics gear repair. I visited their website, liked what I saw and did some checking on the web for reviews -- all of it said Joe's was the place to use. So I did! They kept in touch throughout the whole process, letting me know when my headphones arrived, what the repairs would be, and then sent an invoice. The headphones were returned securely and promptly by mail. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall service, and I thus recommend them to anyone needing cost-effective repairs.

Overall, a great experience. Price was very reasonable, and they even paid for shipping to/from their store! Customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. The one thing I wish was done differently was that I was not informed of the diagnostic report that they took prior to paying for my the repair. I had sent in a device intending to get the screen fixed, and it turns out one of the buttons broke too, and I didn't find this out until after getting the device back. If I had known this, I probably would have just bought a replacement product from them, but other than that, the company was everything I could ask for, and more.
