“The service was extremely efficient. Pricey? Perhaps, but, when it’s good, it’s worth it! Being an old technician whose hands no longer want to desolder those 64 pin chips(or anything else for that matter), I’m glad to have been turned on to them. Thanks guys, it’s good to see someone qualified pick up the gauntlet(or soldering iron,in this case).”

“The staff at Joe’s we’re very helpful, kind, funny and I believe fair on their pricing. My headphone were worked on and returned promptly . The staff communicated through the process therefore I never had to wonder wether the phones were received on their end, hoe long it would take for them to do the work out when they were headed back my way.. “I was skeptical and nervous to send my sons $350 Beats out to a company I didn't know for repair. From start to finish, I was impressed with this company. They kept me up to date every step of the way and I even got some comic relief from their emails. The price for the repair was 1/3 of what Apple was charging. I cannot thank you enough!!!”
