“The whole process was quick and easy. Dropped it off at the post office in a Friday, got a text and email Tuesday, another on Wednesday with the final amt to repair my beats. Thursday got another text and email stating my repairs are complete and attached is the invoice. Paid and my beats were shipped back to me on Friday and arrive to my door on that Monday. I will definitely use JoesGE again.”

Hey Linda, Thanks for trusting us with the repair of your headphones. We diagnose all electronics when we receive them. The headphones that you sent in to us for repair were diagnosed to need a new battery. We sent you an email asking if you would like us to replace the battery for $60. You replied to the email and said that you would like to have the battery replaced so we replaced it for you. We do not offer refunds on our repair services as you confirmed the repair cost with us in written words and we replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. We previously had an email conversation in which we described this in more details. We strive to provide a positive experience in our repairs which is why we take the time to offer free diagnostics and repairs recommendations before any repairs are completed. If you would have simply stated that you did not want the headphones repaired, we would have shipped them back to you for free.
