It was so affordable and fast to have my Apple Watch face replaced. Free shipping, excellent work, and fast turn around was amazing with Joes GE, I highly recommend them for repairs!!!

Well my Blaze does work now but when I got it returned to me it did not. Joe's told me to reset it and it worked again. I am just afraid that the only problem with the watch from when it stopped charging for me was that it just needed to be reset. Joe's charged me $45 for a new back cover housing. From the customer service I received they appear to be an honest company. I do not think they would make an unnecessary repair just to make money. Overall, they were prompt and courteous. When I get a new smart watch if I have any problems I would seek their help again. The only thing that bums me out is that I paid like $200 something for the watch several years ago and now there are so many better ones that are cheaper that maybe I should have just bought a newer one rather than get this old model repaired. O well lesson learned.

This is my third time going through Joe's to fix my headphones. I will never go through anyone else! Customer service is excellent and their repairing skills are phenomenal! I just sent in my solo 2's because of a broken headband. I got them back and they looked brand new, like they just came out the box!

I own several pairs of Beats and Joe's and repaired 2 of last sets. The repairs are very inexpensive, the quality of the repair is spot on, and turn around is quick. As long as I own Beats I know if I ever have a problem Joe's can fix them!. Highly recommend using Joe's for electronic repairs.

Shipping was easy; print label and drop off. Making payment convenient; invoice received and follow link for online payment. And repair made head phones look like new; feels and sounds as when I first purchased my beats solo. Even had cushions replaced. I would recommend to all.
